 Joined as an Analysis Engineer & got developed as Technical lead in Structural analysis. Was part of core NPI & CPI programs and worked on various earth moving machinery – Backhoe loaders, Skid Steer loaders, Mini Hydraulic excavators, Tractors & Wheel loaders. Individually contributed on various projects & helped product teams in addressing design / field related issues through FEA. Handled various types of analysis projects – Linear/Non-linear static analysis, Contact simulations, Bolted Joints, Life estimations etc. Enhanced core skills in Stress analysis, Welds & Fatigue. Analysis tools: I-DEAS, Presys, NASTRAN, Abaqus, Creo-simulate, Fe-Safe, DATK & internal tools; Worked extensively with Product development / Testing / Validation teams. • Worked as Project Trainee as part of the Master’s degree thesis work.• Learnt FEA tools – I-DEAS, NASTRA, PATRAN and MARC.• Developed three new types of “Aclastic Honeycomb cores” which have zero Poisson’s ratio. The work was patented in the name ISRO scientists.• Presented a technical paper named, “Estimation of Poisson’s ratio of Honeycomb Cores”, during the International conference on Structural Integrity held at IISc, Bangalore.
