In my current role, I manage the, operation, and maintenance of boilers and turbines for the captive power plant, ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and quality of power generation. I lead a team of 30 manpower and supervise the fuel handling, pneumatic ash, rotating equipment, fans, pumps, cooling towers, compressors, etc. I also procure operation spares and plan breakdown and shutdown maintenance activities, optimizing the capacity utilization and minimizing the downtime.
