As a Senior Production Engineer at Flintec, I have been leading and supporting the production engineering activities for over four years, applying my expertise in electrostatic discharge (ESD) control, quality management, and industrial engineering. I have a Master in Manufacturing Management from the University of Colombo and multiple certifications in ESD, IPC, and digital marketing.My mission is to ensure the optimal performance, efficiency, and quality of Flintec's products and processes, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. I have contributed to the implementation of ESD control systems, value stream mapping, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and team building initiatives, resulting in improved productivity, customer satisfaction, and safety.
