Credit and Collection management System (CCMS) application is being used by Aircel business users for collection related activities. This application will be rolled out for all the circles. This is a web based application where the users /agencies would access the application over the internet or intranet. CCMS take feed from CRM (Accounts) and Kenan (Billing and Payment), it would allocate the cases to different agencies/collectors based on logic configured in the system. The complete collection workflow is supported by this application which includes maintaining collection, exposure and revision strategies, allocation for collection, tracking activities done on the specific account and reporting functionality.There are many stored procedures built in the CCMS database to extract the required data for Collection System.
