Financial Analyst-F&A (Treasury & Cash Management) Responsibilities:• Performing Cash forecast for South African entities on a month basis and analyzing the availability of cash to meet payment obligations like Tax payments, Vendor payments, ICO payments, Dividend payments.• Performing Cash report on a daily basis in order to track the available cash at bank, so that varies types of payment obligations can be met and expected available closing balance in the account.• Investing the surplus available cash in short term deposit so that we can earn better rate of interest.• Tracking all the payments are released on time smoothly by sharing all the supporting documents to bank.• Performing Fund Schedule for Nigerian market. This activity is performed in order to keep track the customer receipts bank account should not exceed the credit limit.• Funding the excess amount from varies bank accounts to Main bank account.• Ensuring the bank upload (MT940) has been happened in SAP on daily basis. If not, needs to be posted manually.• Download and Review of bank statements on daily basis with respect to bank statement processing in SAP (FEBA), liaising with external banks for MT940/Finsta failures and payment issues.• Processing foreign payments based on the forecast received from PTP/OTC teams.• Performing cash reconciliation on daily basis and sending it to the Market.• Posting of re-allocation entries from bank clearing account to respective accounts.• Ensuring to clear the OIM clearing accounts within books close.• Performing cash revaluation during month end before books close (i.e.., converting the document currency amount to local currency amount).
