With over 12 years of experience in finite element analysis (FEA) and computer-aided engineering (CAE), I am a Lead Design Engineer at Tata Elxsi, a global design and technology services company. I have been working with a Japanese client since 2018, handling various projects related to automotive components and systems. As a JLPT N2 certified professional, I can communicate effectively with the client and the team in both English and Japanese.My core competencies include FE modeling, structural and crash analysis, static stress analysis, and free-free analysis of commercial vehicles. I have worked on several parts and assemblies, such as engine manifold, suction pump, door trims, instrument panel, engine block, and bumper. I use Hypermesh, LS dyna, Nastran and Optistruct as the main tools for my work. I am also proficient in machine design and plastic engineering.
