• Provide guidance to customers on technical aspects such as installation, product operations, Operator training, repairs, maintenance and offering Post-sales support services for existing clients.• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.• Making scheduled checks on machinery and parts and organizing routine servicing schedules.• Corrections of Routines (programs) in image analyzers in order to get the appropriate results.• Responsible in troubleshooting the machines if there is any problem and complaint from the clients.• Analysis of machine failures. & Estimation of maintenance costs.• Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate.• Research on marketing for new clients who could benefit from our products in a designated region.• Preparation of reports and techno-commercial quotations and handling govt. tender enquiries.
