I have gained hands-on experience in working with Manufacturing and Service sector employees. My biggest strength is my ability to work with people and understand them in order to get the best in them while playing the role of an HR Generalist. The knowledge acquired from the MBA and coupled with the solid exposure gained over the years has enabled me to grow as a true HR professional.
