Practitioner of enterprise social media management tools for social monitoring and listening (i.e. Radian6, Sysomos, Twitonomy, Quintly, Hootsuite, BrandWatch, Tweetdeck and Compete).Providing thought leadership, influence and hands-on engagement in order to develop, direct and implement the innovation culture for Social Media Listening & Management solutions, resulting in best in class solutions that meet global customers’ needs.Instrumental in finalization of project requirements and resource planning and playing a key role in strategic planning to assure achievement of agreed to functional and business objectives.Responsible for responding to RFI, RFP, statement of work and process development. Improving and customizing social media listening capability for internal and external client. Creating Proof of Concepts, Pilot projects and Proposal scoping for prospective clients.Providing consultancy services to clients by identifying the opportunities, business models/approaches, whitespace/gap analysis, and influencer engagement models.

 Current role includes - o Project Management: Proposal scoping, Project initiation, Developing frameworks, Generating insights & recommendations, Communicating with client & making presentations o People Management: Recruitment, Training for new joinees, Appraisal and career development  Experience in delivery of customized research assignments through secondary research and social & traditional media analysis Assignments include developing Social Media Strategies, Brand Tracking, Key Influencers/Opinion Leaders Identification, Competitor analysis and Industry analysis Experience in scanning various databases like Radian 6, Brandwatch, Factiva, Nexis, Onesource, Hoovers, Search engines, social networking sites etc. Responsible for continuously improving process that includes training, quality management & managing client expectation
