• Managing accuracy and timely delivery of projects/assignments that are assigned to the teambased on the client services engagements & Ensuring compliance with SOW (Scope of Work.• Managing services to ensure payment processing, balance forward reconciliation, account coding, and directed audit review of Month end invoices are completed accurately within established timelines.• Overseeing the team hiring, setting up working environment, training, development, attendance, accuracy of work and employee performance reviews.

• Assist to Project Manager in managing all the telecommunication projects and in charge full aspect of engineering requirements. • Managing the project teams and ensures all project are completed on time and to the specifications and standards required. • Preparing and monitoring daily site diary, site progress report and materials report. • Communicating with sub-contractors, clients, team members and local authorities for Clarification of the projects Requirements. • Overseeing the day to day project works carried out by the appointed Teams. • Undertaking any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed.• Supporting, managing and consulting of BTS and Microwave systems designing & Installation. • Testing, Commissioning & Troubleshooting BTS and Microwave system.• Installation of the Microwave, CDMA, Wimax, 2G/3G Cellular Antenna System, Power plant Including Battery bank, Rectifiers & UPS system. • Installation of Power distribution panel, Generators, Automatic Transfer Switch, lighting and lighting control systems, grounding.• Quality auditing in base station installations, Mobile network optimization / Drive Tests/Walk Test. • Ability to use VSWR Analyzer, Multi meter, Bit error tester, Earth Tester, Phase Rotation Meter, Analog & Digital Clip ON Meters.• Prepare Configuration drawings, and bills of materials Issued.
