Lishash was a platform to listen to music together with friends, and communities. We also pioneered prompt based music recommendations and social queues. We went on to become one of India's leading music communities with more than 5000 people, and organised several meetups across the country. For now, I have put Lishash on pause as I feel we are too early for the market. Once the Extended Reality ecosystem is more developed, I might reconsider Lishash again.

UCLA Biomimetic Research Lab.Conducted independent research under the guidance of Dr. Liu, to detect human emotions from EEG data. The research focused on EEG signal analysis, noise removal and feature extraction.We successfully identified pivotal physiological biomarkers that indicate peak emotional responses in humans in response to affective media stimuli, primarily music.

UCLA Center For Buddhist Studies.Conducted research under Dr. Matthew Hayes, to study the correlation between meditation and neuroplasticity. The main concentration was on the origin of outside of body experiences and the feeling of selflessness often reported by monks and practitioners. We found out how peak emotions induced during meditation affect the cortical structure of the brain and inhibit regions associated with self-recognition.

UCLA W.M. Keck Center for Neurophysics. We developed a software platform to interface the wired neural signal acquisition hardware in the lab with the OpenEphys FPGA and signal processing systems.Moreover, I conducted independent research under the guidance of Dr. Mehta, to develop a hippocampus implantable wireless signal acquisition system and transmission hardware.
