Shashwat is a Central Government Counsel at Supreme Court of India, empaneled by the President of India upon recommendation of the Ministry of Law & Justice. He represents the Union of India in various matters before the apex court of the country, with expertise in civil and commercial litigation. He graduated from Jindal Global Law School (JGLS) with a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) degree in 2019, and has since been involved in high-stake disputes and settlements for diverse clients.
