During my tenure with Wockhardt Hospitals, in the initial six months I was able to achieve a 200% increase in the revenue from non-cardiac services which I was primarily responsible for Three months in I was responsible for the brand initiatives of the entire service range offered by the two hospitals in Hyderabad and was part responsible for the entire sale targets of the hospitals including formulation of Budgets. I further launched the Bariatric Surgery Centre, the Spinal Deformity correction Surgery services, the Aesthetic Surgery Services and the Pain management centre during my two and a half year tenure from defining services to pricing and promotion In addition to this I was responsible for Corporate Branding in Hyderabad and worked with the central branding team to generate content for future use across the group. I was also able to establish a locally managed Web presence for the Hyderabad Hospitals which was then linked with the Corporate site which resulted in a more dynamic and responsive website as compared to the older almost static web presence.

I was responsible for planning and coordination with various Franchisee units for common brand building and business development campaigns and also individual campaigns. In the later half, given complete marketing responsibility of a clinic for 3 months

At the very initial phase of my career I took the responsibility for Branding of the hospital services and was able to develop strong Agency management and Vendor management skills. I was always patient centric and functioned as the PRO for al international patients visiting the hospital. I was also responsible for query management and providing quotes to all the e-business generated by the parent corporate for Hyderabad.
