Like most of us, I wasn't sure what I wanted to be after high school. Then one fine day, I heard the news about an airplane that vanished into the air. That news shook me to the core and intrigued me to learn more about airplanes, the aviation industry, and aircraft accident investigations. That guided me to pursue undergraduate studies in Aerospace Engineering. ✈️While in college, I focused on aerospace systems and advanced computation. I also did a research study on structural health monitoring through vibrational analysis. I designed a simple IoT system with a standard camera, speaker, and kirigami structure to simulate vibration and extract the subtle motion of a static object that we can’t see through our naked eye. I used that data to determine the structural health of that test object-the Kirigami structure. After graduating from college, I joined an irrigation manufacturing company as a Quality Engineer. One of the interesting projects I have worked on is improving the kitting process to solve the part missing/shortage problem. I developed a software program in Python and integrated the software system into VKS (digital work instruction) to validate operators kitting the correct quantity of parts per BOM. Besides, I also developed a Python script utilizing SIFT algorithm to improve warehouse picking process. Solving real-life problems like this is what drives me to strive hard. My past experiences made me realize I have a natural advantage in software development and leadership. My core competencies are: ✅ Focusing on systems improvement, verification, and validation. ✅ Managing projects using agile methodology✅ Juggling projects while meeting tight deadlines ✅ Leading a diverse team to achieve a common goalI am passionate about innovation and technology and excited to connect with professionals in the aviation industry and software developers.
