Traveled to 5-8 customer sites each day to install, repair, and provide product knowledge of Xfinity services in order to successfully fulfill customer demands and expand Comcast as a lead cable provider. Installed Xfinity systems such as cable, network, and telephone wiring while working outdoors in all weather conditions, confined spaces, and performing in high altitude up to 28 feet on poles, ladders, and roofs. Effectively communicated with customers in a courteous manner to provide the most effective installation of Xfinity services which resulted in high remarks and responses from customer satisfaction surveys.

Typical duties included routing/switching configuration, premise wiring, installation of network components. establish technical control sites, conduct fault analysis, circuit testing and end to end troubleshooting. Additional responsibilities include, network monitoring and Quality of Service (QOS) to maintain adequate bandwidth utilization in support of communication networks and data services. Maintain records on activation/deactivation of communications links and maintenance actions performed.

Build, stock and maintain shelves with all grocery items, and sales displays. provide excellent customer service to shoppers and their needs. Maintain an organized inventory of products in warehouse and communicate/work with vendors to promote special items on sale.
