Serve as single technical coordination point for large, multiple and/or complex projects and initiatives for IT. Serve as primary interface to key business areas and stakeholders and provide matrixed leadership to project team members by facilitating planning, leading and tracking progress, and reporting issues and status to IT management and business areas. - Lead the planning and evaluation of technical work related to assigned projects and review progress on an ongoing basis. - Provide oversight and coordination of all project related technical activities and work streams of work products across IT during the systems development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure that high quality solutions are delivered according to the agreed-to schedule. This includes, but is not limited to, design, development and testing activities. - Lead matrixed resources and facilitate, support, motivate and challenge project teams. - Serve as a single point of contact for IT leaders regarding communications for assigned projects, including status reports and issue escalation as needed. - Proactively identify and remediate risks to projects due to IT resources, procedures, and processes and notify IT management of these risks and possible solutions.Coordinate and respond to requests for changes from original schedules or scope; determine the impact to IT and recommend approval or alternative approaches. - Create, with input from the project team, the IT portion of the project implementation plan and back-out plan; work with the project manager to coordinate this plan with other areas of IT and key business areas. -Operate with substantial latitude for un-reviewed actions and independent decision making.

Facilitate the design of complex test strategies that validate database solutions and confirm adherence to company quality assurance standards. Lead company wide quality assurance and test initiatives with significant stakeholder and budgetary implications. Develop moderately complex technical initiatives to include needs analysis, content development, data analysis, vendor management and contract management. • Lead the development of implementation standards and procedures to govern system changes that foster re-usability, agility, and progress towards the desired information systems future state.• Apply past experience and technical knowledge, to analyze and assess the inter dependencies of tests • Conduct thorough analysis of technology/applications, provides technical consultation and recommendations to management. • Provide oversight, coordination, and support of all activities across Quality Assurance during the SDLC. • Responsible for managing the contract vendor relationship, Coordinate with vendor and business stakeholders to identify and formulate temporary resource needs.• Develop vendor management strategy, processes, and best practices. Lead/direct the development of the strategic approach for each vendor, by outlining the major deliverable needed to achieve goals and projected outcomes, and time frames• Manage a majority of the aspects involved in the selection / on boarding process to include: identifying a candidate pool, and creating proposal recommendations for the compensation of proposed candidates to upper management• Manage changes/modification requests, to include monitoring and tracking of all vendor related issues, Ensure that the vendor(s) are compliant with internal rules and regulatory obligations• Develop and execute ETL graphs to convert files to tables and tables to files. To also include the comparison graphs, graphs for creating test data and graphs to automate various types of testing.
