The Digital Product Capstone Project is an opportunity to design, build, and optimize a digital product for a real client, supported by faculty and a dedicated industry advisor. This two-part, project-based course guides through the full digital product development lifecycle. In the first half, it focus on discovery and design, completing milestones like the Digital Product Opportunity, Product Vision, and the first product prototype. In the second half, it moves to build, scale, operate, and exit phases, delivering the technical feasibility report, product marketing plan, product roadmap, and additional prototype iterations. Each phase includes hands-on learning, faculty reviews, and experiential milestones, providing practical experience in product management.
