The main responsibilities consisted of; being the contact point and acting as a liaison between the NPCC and cotrainers of Flacq region in order to ensure smooth running of the National Leadership Engine, facilitate collaboration between different stakeholders involved in the different projects and also coordination of Co-Trainers for submission of projects deliverables to the NPCC.
