As a key member my role is to manage all phases of resourcing using available resources. Key member of project for employer branding and pipeline building of passive candidates via LinkedIn and other social media, updating the corresponding records on Trisys (E-Recruitment System) and peopleone.Management of complete Recruitment Cycle. Collaborate with the various stakeholders and ensure the closure of open positions. Understanding the Talent Acquisition Strategies and sourcing profiles which match the expected job responsibilities and business requirements. Involved in the complete recruitment lifecycle activities like Pre-screening, Interviews, Selection, Offer, Negotiation, Closing and other administrative components. Offer Roll-out and Background Verification (BGV) Check Initiation. Vendor Management: Maintaining Current Relationships & Identifying Additions and providing feedback on their performance. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Business processes across levels, partner with Business Heads, Senior Managers both local and global, understand business requirements and firm up Recruitment Strategy in accordance. Devising and maintaining various reports such as daily, weekly, monthly and summary recruitment reports for management updates and analysis.
