This was my inaugural position. The organization employed around 1,500 individuals, including doctors, paramedical personnel, administrative staff, and laborers. The hospital was working towards obtaining NABH (National Board Accreditation for Healthcare and Hospitals). I gained a wide range of experience encompassing recruitment and hiring processes to offboarding and exit procedures. My role also involved resolving conflicts among staff members, which occasionally necessitated disciplinary investigations and actions. Medical colleges and hospitals have extensive training requirements covering aspects like onboarding, safety protocols, and various health hazard-related training sessions. I served as both the trainer and the training coordinator for staff development initiatives.

I began my career at the Emirates headquarters in Dubai in 2005. The experience felt more like enjoyment than a typical work environment, as it was among the leading construction firms. Unfortunately, my time there lasted less than three years, during which I focused on AutoCAD drafting tasks.
