Spent 12 years with B&B mainly as an Area Sales Manager covering West and North Yorkshire recruiting, developing and supervising teams of IFA's and Mortgage advisers. Assisted in the development of point of sale system which was rolled out to whole of sales force. Also worked as a Regional Assessment Manager in the T&C side of the business
