Provide online Computer Science education to upper division undergraduates and graduate students.

As part of number of Computer Science Faculty at NMSU, I am responsible for teaching and mentoring undergraduate students in Computer Science. Courses taught include Computer Science Principles, Computer Architecture and Assembly, Compiler Construction, Programming Languages, Parallel Programming and Ethics. We have created a professional development program for our undergraduates which include resume writing, early graduation planning as well as connecting students with hiring entities especially for early career enrichment (summer internship, coop, and first job after graduation).

As a member of the faculty in the Computer Science Department, I am responsible for teaching primarily undergraduate courses. I am very active in mentoring students especially in seeking job opportunities. I am the faculty advisor for our undergraduate Computer Science club named Students in Computing (aka SiC). I enjoy taking my skills from years in management and a career in computing and relaying them to our students. I certain welcome a conversation to help connect our students with career opportunities.

Provide technical and managerial IT solutions to higher education and similar organizations.

Oversee all IT functions for New Mexico State University. Responsible for IT policy, security and compliance for NMSU system. Oversee central computing functions including Banner Finance, Student, HR, Payroll, Financial Aid. Oversee networking. Total annual operating budget over $13M
