I have been working in this industry for about 15 years. It seems to me to be one of the most rewarding occupations to be in. The reason I say that is because you get to learn something new every day. You may have been doing a task the same way for many years and suddenly find out that if you change a certain parameter, that task just became exponentially easier and or more reliable. I always have and will continue to produce quality work that exceeds the customers expectations. I will continue to help my team grow in a positive direction, and I will continue to be amazed at all the new and exciting things we need to do in order to pivot how we manufacture to achieve the ever growing need for closer tolerance and higher quality parts.
