- Oversee the daily operation of the Front Desk, Maintenance, and Security Department of Boyds Key West Campground.

-Front office manager for a team of receptionists assisting with reservations and daily operations of the campground from accounting/payroll to social media relations. -Project manager for the maintenance department leading a variety of projects from utility installments to landscaping of the park.

-Environmental scientist specializing in tropical wetland and marine ecological systems. Gathered field data, generated reports, maps, figures, and tables relating to benthic assessments, Phase I ESAs, wetland delineations, and native tree surveys-Proficient with Trimble GPS products, ESRI Arc products, and various soil/water sampling procedures.

I primarily worked on the Northern Pike Investigations project on Chelatna lake examining the invasive status of the northern pike population. We harvested pike using gill and fyke nets and recorded length, weight, age, and stomach content analysis of each individual. The goal of this project was to determine if the pike were having a deleterious effect on the salmonoid community in this lake system and to asses the status of the pike population.While working for CIAA I also assisted in Elodea surveys on Larson Lake where we sampled and identified floating vegetation looking for invasive Elodea.

Worked closely in the field and lab with Dr. Behringer’s research team at locations throughout the Florida Keys and in Gainesville, FL. Assisted with projects ranging from sponge restoration to coral reef surveys off of Miami Beach. Gained scientific experience working with the professor, graduate students, government professionals, and other interns. Worked on an independent research project examining the “Vertical Transmission of PaV1 in Panuilurus argus”. Presented this work at UF Marine Science Symposium and was recognized.
