* Jointly responsible for approximately 100 employees* Directly managing 10 member of staff, including monthly supervisions, yearly appraisals, case performance and sickness management. * Signing off care plans in line with the Care Act (2014) whilst being mindful of care budgets. * Heavily involved in recruitment to various roles within the team * Overseeing the management of Integrated Care Coordinator's (ICC's) for the Norwich area, linking in with key NHS services via the NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (ICB).* Manage complaints, as well as preparing coroner reports* Chairing large-scale meetings, as well as team meetings
