Worked with AGT FZCO as Sr. Project Engineer responsible for Pre-qualification, Proposals/Tendering, Procurement, Inspection & Supply of Pipes, Fittings, Flanges, Valves, Structural Steel, Specialty Items, Engineering & Fabricated Products for Oil & Gas Projects worldwide with extreme focus on quality, timely response & global delivery.Responsible for:  Establishing new Customer account & focus on building strong Customer relationship. (Customers include major Oil & Gas End Users, EPC Contractors, Consultants & Traders globally). Obtaining Vendor Prequalification with Customers and generating RFQ’s / tenders. Analyzing RFQ’s/tenders from Clients, identifying scope of supply (BOM). Effective vendor selection (thru global sourcing), floating RFQ’s & follow-up for offers. Review & compare vendor offers for compliance with Client RFQ & vendor selection. Bid preparation & review, analyze costing, on time bid submission & order follow-up with clients. Negotiating successfully contract terms & conditions with Clients. Review of Client Contract / Order & raising techno-commercial clarifications. Price negotiation & order placement with vendors. Organizing drawings, documentation & material test reports from vendor. Analyzing PO for technical compliance & obtaining client approval to start manufacturing. Expediting with vendors on manufacturing schedule and update client with progress reports. Issuing & conducting stage wise Client / TPI inspection, ensuring quality standards as per ITP, resolving Client NCR’s effectively & obtaining inspection release note for delivery. Arranging freight forwarders for delivery as per PO terms, coordinating with logistics for customs clearance, ensuring timely delivery & receiving delivery order from Client. Raising invoice & f/up for payment with Client.
