About Shaun Keep

Find out how to reduce business risks further by utilising your best asset - your staff. Go to www.say-so.co.uk/contact/ to request no obligation consult or read on.Too many business leaders fail to grasp how their staff hold so much information about risk that is not known to the owners/directors/leaders. I have become passionate about how this fact has led to missed opportunities to prevent serious failures, reduce risks and learn. I started Say So with Paul Adams in 2017 and we are now market leaders offering a unique service to help our member organisations optimise engagement with their staff and remove all barriers for staff to speak up. This creates a wholly improved working culture, freeing staff to raise any issue and feel properly recognised and understood. Although, our initial aim was to impact the care sector I am pleased that other business sectors are realising that our service has traction upon many issues, diversity, equality, inclusivity and of course bullying and harassment in the workplace.Benefits to clients include; ✔︎Improved risk management✔︎Increased learning opportunities✔︎ Improved inclusivity✔︎Better staff engagement✔︎Avoid and deter abuse or misconduct✔︎Address inequalities✔︎Improved reputation✔︎Improved financial performanceMy former career is described below; An accredited and experienced 'senior investigating officer' who has been exposed to the most challenging and sensitive major criminal investigations. Since leaving the police service has carried out lead roles in assignments/contracts:-to improve investigation performance in the field of Public Protection in Surrey Police and Metropolitan Police-to research and draft responses for corporate statements required by public inquiry -to lead a small team engaged in the investigation of historic and institution-based Child Sexual Abuse-to review past and present policy and performance and advise large religious organisation on safeguarding arrangements - to develop safeguarding performance, expertise and create 'culture change' in Metropolitan Police working alongside PriceWaterhouseCooper Management Consultants
