Built the party’s first National Campaigns Team from the ground up. I developed national campaigns that could be integrated with traditional local campaigns. The team acted as an internal consultancy team providing expert strategy, messaging and campaigns support to key target seats.

Managed a team of eight staff across the South East of England, delivering high impact campaigns in priority council and parliamentary seats. I was also a leading member of the renowned national Lib Dem By-election Team, specialising in communications, campaign management and strategy.
