Designing concept plans to meet with the end client expectations of their projects. Maintaining a professional relationship with the clients, liaising with them and their Interior Designers/ Architects to establish exact project requirements. This is achieved with constant contact with the clients and ensuring site visits are conducted and detailed M&E drawings are followed by all parties.This role requires me to work to exacting standards and to the highest level of professionalism, which I have maintained throughout my career within the KBB industry.

My position is a Design Manager for both the Oxford and Putney based showrooms.I am responsible for running prestigious projects within the London and Oxford/ Bucks areas. This included the complete design of the kitchen to the client specification, using Autocad and Winner systems, sourcing and organising the chosen products and dealing with the installation of the scheme, with the dedicated programmed fitting teams.My duties also include the drafting of commercial aspects of major proposals, for instance setting up contractual agreements between the client and Kitchen Architecture, negotiation of terms and conditions including those relating to price and risk, management of suppliers, and managing the contracts once they are awarded. I am responsible for contracts ranging from £25,000 to £350,000, some of which are off shore projects, as well as bidding for new business. This is a high-pressure position requiring rapid response with tight deadlines to meet.
