Chaired Board of Directors meetings and overseen the operation of the staff of a non-profit organization representing the finfish, mussel and oyster aquaculture sectors on Prince Edward Island.

Currently constructing a 40,000 square foot - 250MT egg to plate Atlantic Salmon RAS Facility. Also, building a 40,000 square foot - 10 million egg Broodstock Facility.

Hired to help with AquaBounty's expansion in Rollo Bay, PEI.

Position includes all aspects of Production for a State-of-the-Art 1200MT Rainbow Trout RAS facility. We are producing Trout from egg to plate (3Kgs) and also Pan Size Trout (650 grams). Within the property is also an experimental RAS Shrimp facility.

I assisted in the build, commissioning and full operation of a state-of-the-art Atlantic Salmon Hatchery in Stephenville, Newfoundland. The facility consists of 3 buildings(99,000 m2) (2 smolt buildings and 1 fry building) producing 3.5-4 million top quality Atlantic Salmon Smolt annually and is one of the largest RAS Hatcheries in the world. I oversee all aspects of the hatchery operation from egg fertilization, incubation, grading, vaccination and shipping the smolt to sea cages. I also oversee all budget requirements for the hatchery, as well as, all maintenance schedules and repairs.

I operated a large Steelhead Trout RAS facility producing fry/fingerlings for our grow out sites in Nova Scotia and Newfoundland. The hatchery produced 1.3 million fingerlings per year. Also responsible for contract growers in Nova Scotia for our sea cage sites.

I owned/operated a high pressure mobile cleaning company. We also performed major/minor renovations specializing in window replacement/capping and siding installations.

I operated an Atlantic Salmon Hatchery producing 700,000 Atlantic Salmon Smolt and managed 1 cage site and 1 on-land grow-out site (5.5 million pounds annually)
