I have a wealth of experience working in Network Management and Technical Support for Shaw Cablesystems. In my time I maintained a high level of professionalism, and efficency when doing a job. In both positions I valued myself at providing a high level of customer support regardless of the tasked provided to me.In the last year, I have competed my diploma in Information Technology, with a focus on Network Network Management. My knowledge of network routing protocols (RIPv2, OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP) and switching has expanded, and made me more efficient at configuring, and troubleshooting routers and switches. I have also become familiar with languages such as Java, Perl, and other shell scripting languages. I have also been exposed to various forms of Server Administration, and Security techniques, as well as basic project management techniques.My primary goal right now, is to expand knowledge via differing situations and solutions encountered in the IT field on a daily basis.
