My construction industry career commenced with Schiavello Commercial Interiors in Tullamarine Vic as an apprentice carpenter and Joiner in 1990. In 2015 In an effort to revitalise myself and give back to the community, I joined the Australian Army Reserves as an Engineer. In October 2021, I was promoted to the rank of Lance Corporal. In 2017, after many varied roles and locations across Australia, I took an opportunity to use my skills gained over the previous 27 years, by joining RPS Asia pacific. Predominately involved with infrastructure project delivery, but also assisting clients to identify procedural gaps and streamline process. In January 2018 I was accepted into the Australian Institute of Project Management as a certified practicing project manager (CPPM). In 2019 I received accreditation to Senior Project Manager and in December 2021, I achieved Project Director level formal accreditation (CPPD).
