In the summer of 2020 looking to create some extra income and having a spare room in my house I decided to use Aribnb roomshare. Not only was it financially very successful, I also enjoyed hosting my guests and getting to meet wonderful new people on a regular basis. In the winter of 2023 I renovated a detached apartment above my garage and continued to find success and joy in that process. Through partnership and conversion of long-term rentals to short term rentals the portfolio continues to scale up and will continue to grow at a manageable rate that continues to focus on higher ROI by focusing less on the volume of properties and more on the quality. I continue to show people how people how to earn double-digit returns backed by real estate through investing in key real estate projects in Montana, Texas, Florida and the Mid-West. Construction has become my art. I love seeing buildings come to life from the ground up. In high school I took two classes a trimester every year for drafting and engineering. The first part of my professional life was spent in finance, these combinations have given me a unique view to the project management side of the industry.
