Responsible for the design and development of a wide variety of paints and coatings, targeting OEM manufacturers, across several market segments. These include the kitchen, timber, flooring, agricultural, mining, structural steel, architectural, construction, and transportation segments. This role includes the sourcing and adoption of new technologies; conception, design and formulation of customer-centric products; leading a small R&D laboratory; providing in-house technical support; fostering supplier relationships globally; technical education; industry group participation; a regular attendee at local and International conferences and shows.I have created a suite of commercially successful products, for many industrial market segments, including the kitchen, furniture, flooring, structural steel, mining, ACE, and transportation areas.
