I was asked to support the Governance, Risk and Compliance section in the delivery of an enterprise system to manage Sustainability, EHS & Operational Risk Management. The software chosen was Enablon. My role involves crafting a strategy to ensure the 27 separate systems identified are aligned to enable an efficient transition to Enablon.Achievements: Managed the interface between the Agile Enablon implementation team and the strategic enabling program of works. Managed the business requirements to enable the required IT changes to effected systems to be implemented in preparation for the Enablon rollout. Managed the alignment of board policies to underlying supporting documents (in excess of 3000 document under management).

Responsible for creating and managing quality and continuous improvement policies and procedures at all stages of the training analysis, development, delivery, transfer, evaluation and validation cycle to ensure the delivery of quality fit for purpose training.Achievements: Developed and piloted in field validation of training effectiveness, including developing policies, procedures and forms to measure the effectiveness of training in the field six to twelve months after the training event. Provided feedback as to the knowledge transfer from training events to in field behaviours and adjust the training events as required. Used Incident Cause Analysis Method (ICAM) to investigate safety incidents and adjust training events as required. Managed the transition to the 2015 Registered Training Organisation requirements including reregistration of the RTO with ASQA.

Responsible for managing the Aqueous Waste Services portfolio (North, Central and South), providing end to end delivery of Service Contracts, Network Maintenance and related reactive repair of Oil Containment/Management Systems and Ausgrid's Tunnel Network, inclusive of Ausgrid and contractor delivered programs.Achievements: No unplanned tasks are outside of there risk profile. Contractor Management System implementation is on track. Business Management System is ahead of target with all processes mapped and documentation being prepared. Safety, environment and quality KPI are all on target. Safety system audited in February with one minor improvement notice issued.

I was asked to join the newly formed Network Maintenance Branch to help facilitate the branch start-up. Responsible for various strategic start-up initiatives including monitoring all the unplanned works in Ausgrid to ensure that the risk to Ausgrid is minimised at the lowest cost as well as being responsible for the monthly report. Achievements: Halved the number of unplanned tasks in Network Development within the year. Contributed to the new Maintenance Dashboard implementation. Fostered collaboration with Network Operations. Took ownership of the Network Maintenance Procedures and work instructions.

Olympic Park

I was asked to take on the role of Works Program Manager. Responsible for developing and monitoring a program of works for the Transmission Mains branch to facilitate recourse planning and outage requirements to ensure all deliverables are met. Achievements: Discovered over 1900 unplanned tasks that had been lost in the reporting system. Managed those tasks down to approximately 200 tasks each of which had been risk assessed and prioritised. Delivered Depot Manager for the Olympic Park depot and successfully led the preparation for the 2013 Work Cover Self Insurers audit.

I was asked to take on the role of Interface Manager between our alliance partners and the business. Responsible for developing strategic alliances with the alliance partners non owner participants and Ausgrid as the owner participant. Responsible for restarting a stalled program of capital works.Achievements: Successfully provided the strategic interface that facilitated the TraCa alliance start up, through to program delivery of $100m p.a. and finally the planned close out. This involved extensive planning around project execution with safety as the top priority. This included an initiative of working behind hard traffic barriers and achieving a road trenching and conduit installation rate of 42m per day. This exceeded the average rate for other contractors using witches hats.

Responsible for the management of the delivery of the Transmission Branch Maintenance program of works. This included reporting of program progress, costs and the additional management of outage related works. Responsible for the implementation of iAMS {Integrated Asset Management System }(SAP) into the Transmission Branch and representing Transmission of the Design Review Board. Responsible for the management of the QES actions for the branch and manage incident preparedness.Achievements: Consistently improved the maintenance completion rates each year from approx 90% completion rate at year one to 98.7% in my last year with approximately 50,000 tasks ($70m) under management. Implemented the Opex SAP PM module within the branch.
