Mostly automated this.- wrote code to pull out data from CRM instead of asking sales - change managed from manual to automated for sales people’s claims on comms - built an automated email system to sales people of payouts - worked with finance team on the payment processAd words projectWe explored ways for customers to get new patients without harming continuity of care.
