Working currently as Business Manager for Chemring Countermeasures, a global defence supplier specialising in defensive deployables, with responsibility for Sales, BD, Marketing, Account Management and Commercial Management across UK and International accounts. Formerly Account Manager for Hyde Group Engineering, leading BD and delivery in civil aerospace, predominantly through the Airbus Group supply chain. Long history in defence aerospace and military systems but last 3 years managing civil aerospace accounts in France, UK and the UAE. Also leading process improvement and sales co-ordination. Previously, twelve years with QinetiQ, the Defence & Security specialists, as Key Account Manager for much of QinetiQ's Air Sector business including Typhoon, JSF, UAVs and many weapons systems. Led programme delivery into many of these programmes, managing up a team responsible for £18M of business a year to MoD and industry customers. As well as account and programme management I have also led capability teams designing and delivering communications solutions, including payloads for UAVs, Tactical Data Link systems and secure voice and data comms equipment.
