As the Product & Risk Director at Baker Ing, I reported directly to the CFO and led the production of country and sector reports, assisted in the oversight of the company financially, and drove system enhancement projects. Prior to Baker Ing, my credit risk management journey began at VF Corporation, where I held various roles, including Credit Risk & Data Integrity Manager. I was responsible for the credit risk framework for over 30,000 customers in the EMEA region, leading teams of analysts and managing significant projects including the implementation of ERP and risk management systems. My experience also includes financial accounts analysis, developing risk scorecards, and liaising with compliance and audit teams to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.With a bold vision to reinvent trade credit for today's economy, PayGauge eliminates the need for guesswork and replaces one-size-fits-all trade credit models with a clear, concise trade payment overview.
