About Shaun Tanner

Shaun Tanner is the President & CEO of Winston Industries, a multi-division corporation that specializes in manufacturing of foodservice equipment, electronics, and fabricated metals. Winston’s reach goes beyond global, as their own products are used in over 100 countries and a few contracted components being used on a space station that is about 250 miles above you right now.Shaun has grown within the organization for more than 15yrs. A chef by trade, Shaun started by leveraging his culinary expertise (and willingness to work insane hours) to oversee sales within the northeastern US. His roles continued to change through his time at Winston; including oversight of sales & marketing, engineering, manufacturing, and customer service. Today, he leads Winston through development and execution of strategic initiatives for the organization. He also resides on the company’s Board of Directors.Shaun’s leadership staples include approachability, candidness/authenticity, and leveraging analytics. He commits to having a personal connection to every stakeholder in the organization and believes that training is the primary vehicle of success with employees of any generation.
