After five years as a Service Technician at Aquaclear, in 2017 I transitioned to the National Sales Management role. This places me in a unique position to be able to quickly recommend the most practical choice of water filter brands, models and service options for each client. I pride myself on my ability to work well with clients and our team at Aquaclear - to ensure that we maximise our ‘fix it right first time’ performance nationally.Other advantages of my years as a Service Technician include an ability to:• Better understand what customers are trying to explain over the phone.• Relay customer needs to our Service Technicians, minimising the chance that your needs are ‘lost in translation’ between you, myself, and our Service Technicians.• Deliver the fairest, fastest and most accurate quotes, based on first hand knowledge of the right parts and likely labour complications for each job.• Minimise delays and false starts with maintenance calls, as I do not need to rely on the knowledge of Service Technicians.
