Direct ownership of the safety, implementation and delivery of the Area Weapons Effects Simulation, the premier NATO simulation system at Canadian Forces Base Suffield Canada (British, Canadian and US Army). Ensuring that service delivery met or exceeded the customers’ expectations and was in strict accordance with the contract. Leadership and management of the site organization (3 supervisors and 22 team members), contract management with aim of delivering more technical edge to the customer, introduction and business development of the enhanced Situation, Event and Activity (real-time) reporting application into the wider AWES contract, optimized the site organization structure to operate in leaner and more adaptive teams, and custodian of an annual budget of $8M. Remodeled the existing contractual service delivery at site, successfully providing better service provision, product support and overall technical edge to the customer and value for money. Developed a deeper and extensive integration with other internal systems (CSM, ERP, etc.) to optimize all touchpoints with the customer and overall service delivery.

Focused on operational excellence and program delivery as the on-site customer success manager, as well as the daily coordination and resource management of the three functional teams comprising 26 members. Primary Cubic liaison for the customer, in planning, coordinating and ensuring that all training exercises were fully simulated, data supported After Action Reviews were scheduled and conducted centrally/remotely, and product feedback and enhancements were captured and internally reviewed.
