Responsible for building a pipeline of Indigenous Higher Degree Research students, I achieved a 4x increase in enrolments into the Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Philosophy programs in the first 18 months. This has been supported by the building of a robust pipeline of Undergraduate and Honours students that aims to replicate the same trajectory into the future. My achievements included supporting a $1.2m+ industry-linked PhD opportunity, selection as the School's representative on the Board of the Graduate Research School and successful changes to the UWA Higher Degree Research admissions policy that enable Indigenous participation.

During my time at ECU, I was responsible for developing and implementing retention strategies for a cohort of 150+ students across various Schools and disciplines. Outside of my role requirements, I spearheaded the design and development of the National Indigenous Business Summer School, that saw over 30 students from all across the state attend a week-long program focused on building business literacy and inspiring entrepreneurship. Importantly, the program saw over $200k in Indigenous business spend, where I implemented responsible procurement practices to enable small Indigenous businesses to provide goods and services prior, during and after the program.

Lateral hire approached by Deloitte to assist in the establishment of their Indigenous Services Group. Conducted an end-to-end review of reporting standards for NSW Transport's largest asset holding ($40B+). Consulted with communities across Australia and developed strategies to enhance the First Nation's voice in the Disability Royal Commission.

Core responsibilities included:- Conducting end-to-end event marketing, logistics and customer relationship management activities.- Working with C-suite members of notable Australian and International organisations to develop partnerships and sponsorships leading to over $200k of investment.
