• Lead project engineer for various short-term, long-term and continuous projects.• Create Implementation plans for RFCs and work with Operations firewall engineers to implement during change windows.• Manage Forti-Manager: new build, migrations, upgrade firmware, Global/local object and policy package updates.• Manage Forti-Analyzer: add Firewall devices, upgrade firmware, capture logs and run traffic reporting.• Manage FortiGate firewalls: implement/configure new HA clustered Firewalls/configure VPNs/replace existing Firewalls due to model end of life, or device failures, import Firewall devices into Forti-Manager, upgrade firmware, escalation point to assist Firewall Operations engineers with troubleshooting traffic/device issues, determine firmware compatibility, research bugs and firmware resolved issues.• Troubleshoot device issues, such as hardware, UTM issues, blocked traffic, and various other issues. • Identify bugs and work with Fortinet TAM to resolve bug related issues. • Manage Palo Alto firewalls: implement/configure new HA clustered Firewalls, upgrade firmware versions, escalation point to assist Firewall Operations engineers with troubleshooting traffic/device issues. • Manage Palo Alto Panorama: add new devices, create device groups and templates, update policies and security profiles such as URL filtering, Vulnerability Protection, Antivirus and Anti-Spyware. • Manage/create PAC files on Big IP F5 Load Balancers – troubleshoot iFile issues, auto-cache issues, and PAC file assignment issues related to new/existing proxy implementations.• Provide support for Pulse VPN gateways and VPN clients – assist teams with client/gateway upgrades, certificate installation, relocation, gateway re-IP projects and gateway URL changes.

• Manage onsite technicians for installation of Meraki devices, dedicated switch removal and riverbed removal.• Manage remote Meraki MR45 APs and Meraki MS120 Switches via Meraki dashboard. • Troubleshoot connectivity issues for MX65s, MS120s and MR45s.• Claim devices from inventory, create networks, add devices to networks and tag networks for organizational view. • Troubleshoot connectivity to APs for iPods, iPads, wireless printers, wireless IP phones, POS systems and guest Wi-Fi.• Troubleshoot cable issues using TDR tests with onsite techs to ensure Gigabit speed, resolve repeater mode issues on Meraki APs, verify VLAN and port configuration on Cisco 3650 switches.• Troubleshoot repeater mode issues • Create floorplan diagrams for each site and upload to Meraki dashboard. • Create daily Jira tickets for installations.• Work with installation vendors and onsite managers to confirm and track installation status.• Provide daily and weekly summary reports to SR Manager, PM and project team on installation status (successful installs, reschedules, and site revisits.• Remove Cisco Aironet devices and floorplans from Cisco Prime.

• Manage remote Fortigate firewalls via FortiManger.• Manage remote Meraki MX, Meraki Switch and Meraki Wireless devices via Meraki Dashboard. • Manage remote Brocade layer 2 and 3 switches for customers; including troubleshooting access issues, policy creation and configuration updates. • Configure/manage Fortigate Firewall policies via FortiManager for new/existing firewall rules on Fortigate 60D, 90D, 200D and 500D devices.• Troubleshoot network access for Fortinet customers using Fortigate tools like packet capture and debug flow• Troubleshoot network access for Meraki MX customers using Meraki Dashboard tools.• Troubleshoot UTM service like proxy, anti-virus, IPS/IDS and web filter issues on Fortinet customer networks.• Troubleshoot connection issues for management VPN and PCI credit card VPN traffic from spoke sites to head ends.• Configure whitelist entries for Fortigate web filter and Meraki web filter.• Create/manage policies and whitelist filtering on Fortigate 60D, 90D, 200D and 500D devices• Upgrade firmware on Fortigate devices manually or via Fortimanager.• Assist engineering team with internal network projects and configuration upgrades/topology changes on internal infrastructure.• Troubleshoot customer Mojo wireless APs for Enterprise and Guest SSIDs via Mojo Networks Dashboard.• Escalation point for critical issues handled by level 1, 2 and 3 NOC team members.• Provide reporting like Bandwidth usage/top websites visited etc. via Fortiview analytical reports.• Monitor and troubleshoot Aerohive APs via Hive Manager web-based portal.
