 Full life cycle recruiting. Manage ATS (Applicant Tracking System), source candidates, interview, partner with the hiring teams to select candidates, offer proposal and salary negotiation, internal equity, negotiate RSUs and bonus buyouts, and move candidates through the onboarding process. Examples of requisitions include Director within R&D, Associate Director, Digital Roles, Sr Scientists, and Senior Engineers. Build and maintain relationships with hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to provide strategic recruiting support within R&D. Partner with hiring Managers to identify recruiting needs and source key talent while planning for short and long term goals. Partner with internal Coordinator and Sourcer to provide a good candidate experience.

Redmond

 Full life cycle recruiting. Manage the recruiting process for three sites in Washington. Review resumes, interview candidates, partner with the hiring Manager to select candidates, salary offer recommendations, internal equity, run and review background checks, move candidate through the onboarding process. Examples of requisitions include: Software Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Clinicals, Regulatory Affairs at various levels, Distribution Associates, Chemists, Quality Control Specialists, Production Associates and Sr Leadership positions. Partner with hiring teams to plan recruiting strategies, conduct intake meetings, plan for short-term and long-term hiring goals. Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, the internal data base, social media platforms, community discussion boards, handshake (recent graduates), etc.  Review internal equity and discuss salary recommendations with hiring managers. Extend offers to candidates and negotiate counter offers. Onboard new leaders within the organization, train on systems while assimilating them to Bio-Rad culture. Advise Supervisor and Managers regarding employee relations issues. Manage New Employee Orientation. Train new employees on systems, introduce them to benefits and policies. Event planning, including summer bbq, service awards, holiday party, and various other events. Community outreach including volunteer opportunities, scholarship program, etc. Implemented an electronic employee file system. Maintain files. Audit support. Covid tracking and response.

 Partner with the HR Director to provide Employee and Labor Relations through Providence in Everett and Snohomish. Provide consistent and best practice approaches to staff and leadership while maintaining policies and contract language. Collaborate with the Compensation department to write job descriptions and develop new positions. Liaison between Compensation and Executives to facilitate the new position and it’s posting. Work closely with Talent Acquisitions to facilitate the hiring process. Provide advice to the hiring Manager and assist with potential onboarding issues. Approve job offers, per the union contract.  Manage the Unemployment process/claims. Provide documentation and information to support the organization. Project Management.
