- Coordinated more than 100 volunteers to create an annual convention of geologists and geophysicists that attracted 4,500+ delegates every year- Managed a multi-million dollar budget and delivered year over year profits that steadily increased under my stewardship- Sourced a venue change to accommodate the changing needs of the event and ensured a smooth transition that resulted in greater delegate satisfaction and - Analyzed delegate, exhibitor and sponsor needs, and coordinated initiatives that kept them happy and engaged in the process
