Shauna Douglas is a Sales Administration at Solinear Limited Specialist Architectural Solar Shading & Louvre Contractors. Colleagues describe her as "I have had a pleasure of working with Shauna for a little over 3 years at Hilton Orlando. Shauna is one of the opening team members of the hotel and she is what one would call a "success story". Shauna started as a bartender at David's Club and the Lobby Lounge where she excelled at every aspect of her job which eventually led to Shauna's first promotion with the hotel. Shauna was promoted to an AM supervisor with the main focus on our 400 seat breakfast and lunch restaurant "The Bistro" where she quickly, once again, became everyone's favorite. After she helped to "task force" in David's Club as acting manager I quickly realized that we had the right person in the right place and shortly after Shauna received her second promotion at the hotel and this time to David's Club manager. In her current role Shauna is responsible for revenue generation, cost control, schedules, hiring and progressive discipline, training, purchasing, beverage controls and beverage program as well as the " Event Bookings", Shauna has set up a great program in place that allows for her guests to select from multiple menu options, venue floor plans etc... Shauna is simply a joy to work with. I found Shauna extremely talented, intelligent and super passionate about hospitality industry.
