Obtaining and filing the required municipal permits, collecting and organizing necessary documentation, and maintaining the project schedule including lump-sump projects and projects calculated and based off time and materials.Keeping track of equipment used, leased or off-rent.Review and approve invoices in conjunction with accounts payables.Managing electronic timekeeping systems and manually collecting and reviewing timesheets daily. Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll-related matters.Assisting the project manager with maintaining and updating the time management system via Groundworks, payroll queries and absence management documentation.

My role is to ensure their company receives payments for goods and services, and records these transactions accordingly. This includes securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts, and resolving any discrepancies. My typical day-to-day duties include but are not limited to:Maintaining the billing systemGenerating invoices and account statementsPerforming account reconciliationsMaintaining accounts receivable files and recordsProducing monthly financial and management reportsInvestigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiriesAssisting in general financial management and analysis

Primarily responsible for answering escalated claim adjustment requests and resolving issues received through transferred provider phone calls, tickets received systematically, customer service management and miscellaneous special project work. Responsible for research and analyzing professional and institutional claims for denials, payment discrepancies, appeals, and provider contracts for accuracy. Maintain and exceed production goals.
