1. Process invoices for payment, while assuring the highest level of accuracy to ensure proper payment.2. Bank reconciliations for owners. Average of 19 bank reconciling per month.3. Receive invoices from vendors and create billings using excel, then collect checks for payment.4. Research and correct any possible errors for other members of the team.5. Maintain vendor demographics and create new vendor I.D.'s.6. Order all of the accounting supplies on a biweekly basis.7. Prepair financial reports for owners.8. Manage all of the postage equipment and handle all incoming mail.9. Arrange and order all of the corporate accounting lunches 5 days each month for approximately 50people.
