- Responsible for the instructional design, storyline authoring, voicing and delivery of a three-module massive open online course (MOOC) for Performance Management. Connected with a team of subject matter experts (SME) with varying specialties to create a robust learning product including developed and curated content, videos and self-reflection journals. - Coordinated Leadership Development Programs within the Government of Saskatchewan including the Executive Education cohort programs for Assistant Deputy Ministers and Executive Directors, the Enhancing Management Talent cohort program for aspiring Executive Directors, and the Leadership Development Program for middle managers. This would include contracting with facilitators, sourcing venues, communication to participants, registration and day-of logistics.- Surveyed, researched, and consulted with various committees to redesign and redevelop the Executive Education Program- Improved completion rates of Enhancing Management Talent program from 66% to 95%- Provided support to the Manager Forum committee including overseeing registration and contracting with venues/speakers.

Working with HR and Knowledge Management to create New Hire Orientation modules for eHealth Saskatchewan. Increasing employee skills by coordinating face to face sessions on various topics.

- Responsible for creating videos, change plans, and learning activities in support of Customer Relationship Management software used by the Ministry of Environment. - Experience in the use of Articulate Storyline 2 - Experience in the application of ADKAR principles to change management.

- Responsible for creating and updating training videos for electronic solutions in healthcare, including voicing. - Co-created a pilot program to deliver training to health regions using WebEx to deliver hands-on training and immediate support for using the eHR Viewer. Time and money savings realized and with greater effectiveness than face to face training. - Trained Pharmacies in change management principles- Adept with Captivate and Audition software

Responsible for arranging training for Health Canada employees in Saskatchewan (2010 - present) and Alberta (2013 - present). Achievements include creation and delivery of management orientation courses; organization and facilitation of interdepartmental courses; career guidance including resume and interview preparation assistance. Strong Inventory certified. National Managers' Community coach and Tools for Engagement practitioner. Member of the National Managers' Community Saskatchewan Steering Committee (2010 to present) and NMC Governing Council Representative (SK Region).
