Seton Villa P/LAs a Board Director Shauna has been a part of the transition of Seton Villa to the NDIS whilst maintaining the values of the Daughters and the support of the residents.

Elected as a Councillor for the City of Sydney in December 2021.

Established in 2002, the Company is based around a collective of artists from varying disciplines who are committed to creating stimulating movement-based theatre. Artists include dancers, actors, writers, visual artists, composers and filmmakers.

Shauna has been responsbile for developing the strategic direction and managing the implementation and practical facilitation of the introduction of within the University’s Strategic Plan a standard foundation constitution, principles of good corporate governance, overseeing introduction of University centralised fundraising and development policy and education of University policies and procedures across a diverse range of 41 University Foundations. The current 20 foundations that are sustainable and contributing to the University’s strategic direction and resourcing, income increasing from $16m to $32m.Shauna has also been responsible for the development and implementation of a Univeristy-wide on-line and face-to-face induction and governance program for all University staff.

NSW’s largest community/legal centre, with a budget of $2 million p.a. and 34 staff2008-2010 Chair - Recruited CEO and Board representation to reflect changing funding environment.Board Member 2001 - 2007- Negotiated staff enterprise agreement on behalf of management- Implemented planning strategies on a tri-annual basis- Strategic development of the Homeless Person’s Legal Service- Finance and Staff sub-committee chair2011-2015 Fundraising sub-committee Chair – established committee to enhance use of PIAC’s charitable status

Shauna was Direcector and principal solicitor of this incorporated legal practice which provided legal services to private clients.

Chair and committee positions on the (elected) board of the (22,000 members and revenue of over $19 million in 2007) 1999 - 2007- Junior Vice President (2007)- Various policy and business committees including Executive Group, Audit & Risk, Professional Conduct, Equal Opportunities/Workplace and Human Rights, and NSW Young Lawyers, - Developed flexible workplace policies and guidelines for the legal profession- Developed Anti-Bullying policy and an educational CD for the legal profession

APRA regulated insurance company which provides professional indemnity insurance to over 16,000 solicitors in NSW.
